Rules for learning and teaching on Khademy
These terms explain how learners, instructors, moderators, course access, payments, and community content work on Khademy.
Last updated: July 4, 2026
Using Khademy
Khademy is a course learning platform for school, exam preparation, university foundation subjects, and instructor-led learning. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, buying a course, teaching, commenting, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you use Khademy for a school, organization, or another person, you are responsible for making sure you have permission to do so.
Accounts
- Provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- Keep your login details private and do not share your account.
- Tell us if you believe your account was used without permission.
- Do not create accounts to abuse discounts, payments, comments, enrollments, instructor tools, or security controls.
Course enrollment and access
Each course may have its own access period, price, materials, and learning plan. When you enroll or purchase a course, your access lasts until the enrollment period ends, the course is removed under these terms, or your account is closed for a valid reason.
Course videos, resources, quizzes, and comments are only available to users who have the right access, such as the course instructor, an enrolled learner, a purchaser, or an authorized moderator.
Payments and free courses
Paid course purchases are processed through a payment provider. Prices, discounts, and access periods are shown before checkout when available. Free courses may be enrolled without creating a paid order.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case unless a specific refund rule is shown for a course or required by law. Payment provider fees, bank rules, and course access usage may affect refund handling.
Instructor content
Instructors are responsible for the course titles, descriptions, thumbnails, videos, files, quiz questions, explanations, comments, and other materials they upload or publish. You must have the rights needed to use and teach with any content you add to Khademy.
Courses may need review before publishing. If a published course is edited, the new version may need moderation before it becomes available to learners.
Learner conduct
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, or abuse other users.
- Do not upload or post illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading, or harmful content.
- Do not copy, record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials unless you have permission.
- Do not bypass payment, enrollment, video, file, moderation, or account access controls.
- Do not interfere with platform security, availability, or other users' learning experience.
Ownership and license
Khademy, its design, platform code, brand, and platform content belong to Khademy or its licensors. Course content belongs to the instructor or rights holder who provided it, unless otherwise stated.
When instructors upload content, they give Khademy permission to host, process, display, stream, moderate, and make that content available as needed to operate the course platform. Learners receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use enrolled course materials for learning during their access period.
Platform changes and availability
We may update, improve, pause, remove, or change parts of the platform, including courses, comments, features, pricing, access rules, and moderation workflows. We try to keep Khademy reliable, but we cannot promise the platform will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Suspension and removal
We may suspend accounts, remove content, block access, cancel enrollments, or refuse instructor publishing when needed to protect learners, instructors, payments, content rights, platform security, or legal compliance.
Third-party services
Khademy relies on trusted service providers for areas such as payments, authentication, hosting, media delivery, storage, analytics, security, and communications. Their services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers and liability
Courses are provided for learning and study support. Khademy does not guarantee exam results, grades, jobs, admission, income, or any specific outcome from using a course.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Khademy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by misuse of the platform, third-party services, user content, or events outside our reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as the platform changes. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice. Continuing to use Khademy after changes means you accept the updated terms.
